| Bellpro Engineering Products Bellpro has been heavily involved in the Aluminium processing industry for many years, specialising in the repair and maintenance of tooling, presses and associated equipment. Our experience with maintenance issues during this time was the catalyst for designing our own press and tooling systems for this industry. Multi-tool diesets are the most economical way to manufacture tooling for the fabrication of a window or door product. However up until now, presses have been manufactured predominantly with one overhead cylinder positioned in the middle of a two post and bush dieset. With this system the dieset tips over when punching towards the edges of the dieset. This damages the tooling by clipping the punch and die and eventually damages the dieset by binding the posts and bushes. These issues cause the start of a never ending cycle of repairs and maintenance, costing many thousands of dollars over the years. The Punch-Rite™ range of presses have been designed to overcome these serious issues, thereby offering quality, reliability, less down-time, extended service life and considerable cost savings. Bellpro Engineering manufactures tooling and press packages for both fabricators and major extrusion suppliers in Australia. We can supply tooling to suit the majority of window and door extrusions on the market.
