| The Punch-Rite™ 11 Tonne Heavy Duty Press This press is our standard, utilising the pending patent Punch-Rite™ technology to deliver clean, crisp and accurate punch-outs in a variety of shapes on the majority of door and window extrusions on the market. It can be made in a single press format or a double for customers who require more tooling in a single platform than a single can afford. Features - 11 Tonnes Maximum Safe Working Pressure - Punch-Out Collection bin for easy clean-up - Pneumatic Air Operated Foot-Pedal - Press Frame included Optional Extras - Adjustable End Stops for Set Length Jobs with Multiple Runs Punch-Rite™ System The Punch-Rite™ system utilises a minimum of two cylinders per press as well as a pivot plate as a mechanical lever which amplifies and distributes the force evenly across the top plate of the dieset. This allows heavy punching on all installed tool sets without any tilting or instability of the dieset. This system also allows multi-tool diesets to be manufactured wider if required whilst still maintaining the design integrity. Although our standard dieset is 500mm wide, we offer a range of diesets up to and including 1000mm wide. |
